    Abstract: 過去三十年來,營建產業的生產力與創新能力的發展較其他產業(如生物科技與資訊技術產業)緩慢,究其原因主要由於產業特性限制與創新方法之不足。如何提昇營建產業之創新生產力,實為提振營建產業競爭力之重要課題。過去相關研究一直受限於人為方法以及所採用之創新工具,而無法達到系統型或激烈型創新之目標。有鑑於此,本研究將生物演化之思維引入技術創新方法之建構,提出一營建技術「自動化創新構想產生模式(簡稱MAGIA)」。MAGIA模式之組成乃以TRIZ創新問題解決方法與專利技術資訊為基礎,並結合功能模型分析、運算樹及基因演算
