Abstract:	先進國家物流證照制度行之有年，因此本研究先針對相關先進國家之物流專業職業證照進行回顧與分析，以瞭解培訓與認證專業化與標準化的物流專業人才所應具備的基本條件為何，以提供國內相關單位參考。其次，鑑於國內有些協會或私人機構已經引進國外專業的物流證照，因此本研究亦針對國內物流證照之現況進行調查與分析，最後針對行政院勞工委員會職業訓練局所提供物流相關的訓練課程部份及國內技術士技能檢定，建議可行並適合我國之專業物流認證制度。最後可以發現大多數的物流專業認證，都是針對中高階級的管理人員，對於基層的勞動人員較
