    服務環節中是非常重要之一環。Parasuraman et al(1988) 發展之SERVQUAL 近年來已被廣泛之接受與採用。但是SERRQUAL仍有些爭議,在某些狀況下,服務要素可能有一個非線性模式,而這些非線性模式其服務要素的行為通常在造成服務品質甚或顧客滿意之滿足或不滿足是不對稱的。雖然有少數之研究使用田口損失函數評估服務品質,但是田口損失函數無法充分的反應真正的服務業情況。本研究提出使用非對稱的Inverted
