    Abstract: 台灣河川在環境經營上面臨到兩個難題：1.次要河川之開發或整治的行為多半未達到環境影響評估法之法定規模，因此常造成河川生態與景觀之破壞2.傳統的景觀評估屬於專業領域，一般人很難自行操作。基於以上兩項因素，如何建立適宜且易於操作之評估方法，俾以合理化經營河川資源即成為目前極重要的課題。本研究從景觀評估的角度出發，採用景觀評估中的專家學派理論，運用視覺資源經營管理（Visual Resource Management）評估法，嘗試建立景觀評估的簡化模式，未來可讓關心河川環境的非專業者亦能據以分辨開發或整治工程之
