Abstract:	海岸保護區之劃設，主要為落實海岸生物棲地保護、維持生態多樣性，有利進行海岸環境保護及復育作業，並兼顧海岸地區環境保護、資源保育與開發利用等目標。近年來環保意識抬頭，中央政府逐漸重視海岸生態系平衡的重要性，為促進海岸地區之永續發展而推動海岸法草案，依海岸法其中第9~12條係有關海岸地區海岸保護及海岸防護之規定，建立海岸保護區之劃設原則。本研究主要在建立一海岸地理資訊空間分析系統，並根據海岸法草案研定之一級、二級保護區劃設依據，及參考各國對海岸保護區之定義，結合土地適宜性分析方法，建構「海岸保護區」劃設分析模 The study, based on the coastal law (draft), is mainly to study and establish the basis of designating primary and secondary conservation areas.
