    Abstract: 少子化以及開放有限的教育市場嚴重衝擊到技專校院的存續，招生活動已蔚為校務重點。本研究旨在探討學生選校傾向，研究目的有：（一）探討影響大學生選校之重要考慮因素及參考資訊來源。（二）瞭解不同人口統計變項之學生選校考慮因素是否有顯著差異。（三）瞭解不同人口統計變項之學生選校重要參考資訊來源是否有顯著差異。（四）提供學校招生行銷策略重要面向之參考，以擬定有效的招生策略。結果顯示：（一）學生選校因素的重要性依序為就業取向、學習取向、聲望取向、生活取向。（二）學生選校重要資訊參考來源依序為情境參與、傳播媒體、意見徵詢
