Abstract:	運輸安全以預防勝於事後檢討為主，因此本研究利用車輛自動監控 (AVL) 系統的架構，提出即時貨車安全駕駛警示系統，並以即時通訊警示司機，來防止貨車駕駛發生車禍。其次，系統資料也可用來針對駕駛服務行徑行為、安全駕駛行為、合理車油耗、與合理車輛保修等四大類指標進行司機即時與事後之異常行為分析。然而受限於AVL系統及資料庫中訂單收、卸貨地點座標之不足，本研究提出多項修正方法與判斷準則來提高系統的評估準確度，使汽車貨運業者可藉由該系統有效減少行車事故發生機率，並輔助管理司機作業行為與建立明確的貨車司機獎懲管理規範 Since it is very difficult to evaluate truck drivers’ safe driving behaviors outside the company, we proposed safety performance indices to help trucking company managers evaluate their drivers.
