Abstract:	本文旨在探討大學生在選擇參加海外遊學計劃時，事前在意或考量的因素有哪些？其優先順序為何？並利用層級分析法(AHP)建構出一個短期遊學之考量評估模式。根據研究結果顯示，受訪者認為選擇短期遊學之考量因素時的四項目標構面之能力權重依序為：「自我成長」，其次為「現實因素」，第三為「情感因素」，最後為「學校因素」。總體排序來看，受訪者認為短期遊學之第一考量因素為「增進外語溝通能力」；其次為「增進跨文化交流機會」；第三為「增進職場競爭力」；。本文之研究結果可供學生、教師及教育相關單位在規劃遊學方案或計劃時之參考。 The aim of the paper is to study the determinants on short-term study abroad (SA) from undergraduate students’ perspectives.
