    Abstract: 本研究透過文獻分析以及訪談第一線執行教學者對目前的教學環境的看法,找出6個構面12項準則。透過專家問卷取得各準則間關連影響性的意見資料,在本研究中,應用DEMATEL分析影響教師教學幸福感的六大構面與十二個準則。研究結果中顯示,專家對於影響資訊科技融入教學因素之重要性依序為:校務行政、學校規模、教學工作、教育當局政策、上對下專業支持、個人角色壓力。主要影響其他因素之重要準則為同事間感情聯繫、上對下專業支持、家長對教師支持度高、上對下溝通、個人角色壓力、校務行政、教學工作。被其他因素所影響的重要準則為教育當
