Abstract:	搭乘高鐵行車速度快，乾淨舒適性高，省時、便捷、服務佳，相較一般交通工具縮減乘車時間成本具高度經濟效益，平日旅客人數較假日數量少，但除了商務旅客之外，搭乘旅客又以高齡者居多，每天從新竹站往南下班次共45班次，北上班次共44班次，平均每25分鐘就有一班次，班次密集，是高齡者搭乘交通工具首選，台灣高鐵一日遊，縮短城鄉距離，許多退休者或高齡者偏愛選擇搭高鐵作為長途交通運輸工具。研究服務品質五構面:高齡者搭乘高鐵前，站內服務品質、月台服務品質、車廂內服務品質及離站後服務品質，分析高鐵服務品質優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅， Taiwan’s High Speed Railway is the preferred transportation when compared with other trains.
