Abstract:	車用導航系統的成長在台灣地區目前有下降趨勢，針對此一現象本研究進行滿意度調查，發現使用者對現有車用導航系統有許多意見。為了深入瞭解原因，透過因素分析，共篩選出7個因素：使用壽命、使用者介面、路徑規劃功能、品牌形象、擴充性、系統穩定度、外觀美感，進行專家問卷調查。調查對象為5年以上使用者與從事車用導航系統的業者，其中使用者部分有效問卷21份；業者有效問卷30份。應用DEMATEL進行實質影響車用導航系統的使用者滿意的關鍵因素分析，發現使用者之滿意度的決策評估因素之重要性依序為：品牌印象、系統穩定度、路徑規劃 The growth of Vehicle Navigation Systems in Taiwan is decreasing.
