    Abstract: 臺灣消費型態隨著經濟發展與所得的提升,休閒旅遊已成為國人不可或缺舒壓與調劑的活動。針對休閒旅遊業的產品和服務的供應包括相互關聯的旅遊供應者,包括飯店業、運輸業、旅遊業…等,並構成一服務供應鏈的架構。有效的服務供應鏈管理是休閒旅遊業增加競爭性的策略之一,而需求預測與績效評估是提升服務供應鏈管理之有效性的關鍵。本文針對航空業產品/服務不容保存的特性,提出一整體績效評估模型,不僅包含了作業面與財務面,更加入安全因素進行考量,根據航空業的特性將其分為生產效率、行銷效能與執行效能三構面,分別建立效能及效率模式及其評
