    Abstract: 隨著人們飼養寵物的風潮,這十幾年來台灣的動物醫院產業也如雨後春筍般地蓬勃發展。根據中華民國獸醫師公會聯合會2010年統計,目前全省動物醫院總數約有1756家,其中北部約有725家,中部約有458家,南部約有516家,東北部約有57家動物醫院,總數仍在逐年成長中。醫療市場逐漸出現飽和的情形,彼此競爭也逐漸白熱化,這樣的產業現況迫使所有動物醫院重新檢討經營模式,藉由提供飼主滿意的醫療服務品質來留住舊有顧客並吸引更多的新顧客。
