Abstract:	航空運輸業具有高度資本沉沒性和產出不可儲存性之特性，經常會發生空位損失之現象。本文主要研究目的為建構雙階規劃問題應用於航空業與旅遊業之上，期望能使其達到資源最適配置和設計合理定價/訂購及協同合作模式。在收益管理架構下，針對不同航線及費率艙等進行航班數與票價之規劃，並應用雙階規劃模式建構出航空業與旅遊業最適定價/訂購模式，利用多項羅吉特選擇模式進行下階問題之顧客需求量預測，最後以擴展KKT 條件(Extended Karush-Kuhu-Tucker Conditions)條件進行求解整體最佳化之訂價/訂購
