    Abstract: 近年雖然同性戀意識逐漸抬頭,但選擇是否要在職場上出櫃對於同性戀工作者來說依然是個困難的問題。因此本研究目的為探究於職場中出櫃同性戀者的職涯發展現況,期望能了解目前同性戀者的職涯認知、出櫃策略、及職場中對於同性戀職員之友善程度。
    研究結果如下:出櫃策略為應多方了解公司內部文化、上司態度、以及慎選出櫃同事,較可以得到友善的出櫃結果,且對出櫃後之職涯發展並無太大的影響。但若公司過度推行同性戀者優惠福利政策可能反而會引起反效果,並造成同事間反彈。所以維持原狀即可,不需要做出特殊的族群區隔。但企業環境若能營造多元性
