    Abstract: 台灣的圖書館在大學裡扮演著舉足輕重的角色。近半年來，全球金融風暴，不僅使股市
    跌宕，民生物資上漲，許多民營企業集團不僅祭出無薪休假來減低人事成本，然而公營事業也縮
    減裁撤給予地方單位或教育單位的補助。所以礙於經費有限，圖書館必須發展出其獨立特色，並
    深入加強其特色的不可取代性。資料包絡分析法是指將所有決策單位的投入與產出項投影到幾何
    空間中，以尋找最低投入或最高產出作為效率前緣，並且得到各決策單位的相對效率值。本論文
