    Abstract: 近年來外食族比例日益增高,在外面餐廳用餐成為部分人口每天都要選擇的重要事項之一,為了迎合龐大外食族人口,餐廳一間接著一間開。現今,經濟基礎及飲食觀念的改變,除了滿足消費者理性層面,也就是要填飽肚子之外,更要滿足感性的知覺體驗(包含觸覺、嗅覺、聽覺、視覺),結合理性與感性才能讓消費者達到更豐富且多元的滿足感。因此,各種傳統行銷方式的餐廳開始轉變成富有特定主題,能夠吸引想在不同特色餐廳裡有特殊體驗的消費者,增加許多知覺體驗的主題餐廳。
