    Abstract: 由於社會變遷快速，學校在教育改革後日趨多元化、民主化、專業化和複雜化，
    使得老師們面對來自社會、學校、家長、學生、自我等等層面的不同要求，無形中使
    自己的工作壓力日益增加大。過往研究指出教師工作壓力顯著負向影響個人教學效
    能，並會影響教師的心智思考及解決問題之能力，甚至直接影響教育素質和學生利
    益。藉由探討教師面對工作壓力之因應策略及對各類壓力減緩之效果。
