    Abstract: 臺灣屬於海島型國家,休閒旅遊觀光業對我國必然重要。本文針對航空業產品與服務不容保存之特性,因此發展一需求管理機制提升營運績效之模式建構,包括成本效率、傳遞效能、服務效能三大構面。應用兩階段資料包絡分析法(Two-Stage DEA),比較各航線之整體營運績效,調整各航線之資源配置及最適產出,有效的提升其效能、效率。最重要的利用預測之方式,讓業者可以較精準掌握顧客未來需求,因此本文導入需求管理機制,以季節性整合型自迴歸暨移動平均相乘模式(SARIMA)來精確預測來台乘客量,並將資訊回饋至休閒旅遊業者,作為資
