    Abstract: 企業最重要的資產就是員工累積的經驗與技術,為了使員工能長期甘願效命,須降低員工的流動率,並提昇其工作的動機及用心的態度。根據公平理論,若員工認知到組織的對待為不公平時,可能是分配上或程序上的不公平,心裡會十分沮喪,進而影響工作態度。
    本研究在探討高科技公司之員工在薪酬、晉升之分配公平與程序公平,是否影響其工作投入,研究對象為高科技公司裡的員工,以立意抽樣的方式發放問卷,再經由敘述性統計、信效度分析及結構方程模式之路徑分析進行分析的結果則發現,薪酬、晉升之分配公平與程序公平會影響工作投入。
