    Abstract: 本研究主要是針對雙子星晶圓廠環境提出一套生產績效預估模式。由於雙子星晶圓廠位於同一地理位置且產能配置通常具有差異,為了提高整體之績效表現,廠區之間必須透過產能互相支援解決暫時性產能缺口或機台負荷不平衡等問題。因此,本研究分為無產能缺口與有產能缺口兩種狀態來構建其績效預估模式,並且透過等候理論與Little’s Law兩者理論的結合來預估雙子星晶圓廠在產能互相支援下生產週期時間與產出的改變。除此之外,在無產能缺口情況下,並從合併加工機台站之產能的觀點來進行其產能支援下之績效估算。期望藉由此模式的建立使管理者
