Abstract:	訓練乃是「戰力之泉源，戰勝之憑藉」為有精實的訓練，方能發揮裝備之效能，而達超敵勝敵之目標。飛行訓練是高難度、高風險、高報酬率之投資，須在安全的前提下達到訓練目標，然模擬器訓練之功能，其不受天候、環境之限制，亦可降低訓練風險及彌補飛行訓練之不足，磨練各種飛行狀況，已充分發揮裝備效能提升訓練效益。近年來由於社會環保意識抬頭，城市建設發展快速，以致訓練場地難尋，漸漸對陸航直昇機部隊訓練成效受到影響，尤以飛行訓練更為明顯。而直昇機危險性高，造價極為昂貴，且易受天候環境、訓練場地不足及人員培養不易等因素 Cause resumes in social environmental protection consciousness and fast city development in recent years, it become very difficult to seek a military training field.
