    Abstract: 國小學生無論課堂中、回家後,各式練習、作業、測驗都必須仰賴「書寫」方能達成。「書寫能力」可謂學童參與學校活動必備的能力。學童若能接受正確有效的寫字教育,及早奠定良好的書寫習慣,持續學習而達成良好的書寫表現,對學業必定有正面的幫助。本研究以層級分析法及品質機能展開法為研究工具。先蒐集學生家長與中高年段教師對低年級寫字教學之期望目標,將之視為顧客之需求,而後予以重要性權重,再發展顧客需求與教學設計的關係矩陣並決定其優先順序。研究結果發現,顧客需求重要性排列以乾淨沒有髒污、無增減筆畫、筆畫連接精準最受重視。在執
