    Abstract: 本研究方法是利用Kano二維模式與重要績效缺口分析(IPGA)來進行分析,確認提升學校知識管理品質之關鍵項目。從Kano二維知識管理品質的屬性歸類上,研究發現36個知識管理品質項目中,有7項為基礎因子,29項為績效因子。整體而言,學校知識管理有18項屬於應「加強改善」的項目。由於改善順序是先改善基礎因子,其次才是績效因子。在7項基礎因子中,最優先改善的6項因子,順序如下:本校設有校園網路系統來流通校內各處室的資料或訊息、學校設有學習資訊網站,提供教職員工使用、本校同仁會主動儲存各項活動資料或教學成果、學校
