    Abstract: 本研究以台灣化妝品現有市場結構分析為主,首先透過大環境分析的五大層面,分別探討與化妝品業有關的關鍵事件及將來可能的變動趨勢。其次以五力分析模型,來探討此五股競爭作用力進行有關產業競爭結構強度的種種分析,以決定產業競爭的激烈及獲利程度。最後以價值單元間關聯做進一步討論,進而擬定適當的行銷策略。並且透過產業價值鏈及群組分析的方法,更進一步的探討目前化妝品產業的行為策略。
