    Abstract: 本研究針對連鎖式中醫診所的患者,探討其對中醫診所提供的醫療服務的重視程度和滿意度程度。藉由Parasuraman、Zeithand、Berry量表,並且結合相關研究理論,建立中醫診所的醫療服務品質量表;更進一步應用Lin ,Chan and Tsai所提出的重要績效缺口分析(IPGA)模式,探討中醫診所改善服務品質之關鍵因子,期望以此提供管理者在資源有限之前提下,進行有效資源分配,提升中醫診所之醫療服務品質。
    本研究以台中地區使用連鎖式中醫診所的患者為研究對象,並且逐一訪問調查,共300份有效問卷
