Abstract:	本研究主要探討對象為：以民間集團投資的專業安養中心或養生村為訴求對象，而本文主要的目的為：以產業組織的觀點來探討銀髮住宅的市場結構，其中以賀氏指標(Herfindahl-Hirschman Index ,HHI)與最大四大廠商集中度(Four-firm concentration ratio ,CR4)作為衡量市場集中度指標。並期望市場結構之研究結果，可供為制定相關產業政策之參考依據。本文主要研究成果為：(1)由市場集中度指標計算得知：前四大廠商市場集中率(CR4)與賀氏指標(HHI)兩者衡量結果
