    Abstract: 近來，社會上對現代公司如何實踐公司治理有很大的興趣，特別是從安隆（Enron）及世界通訊（World Com）等大型企業爆發財務危機之後。
    「強化公司治理」已被公認為企業對抗危機的良方，在1998年後，過內開始制定「上市上櫃公司治理實務守則」。本文以台灣50成分股為研究對象，從公司治理的觀點來探討其經營績效。
    本研究資料為2002年到2011年，台灣50成分股公司之年資料，資料取自台灣經濟新報資料庫，研究方法採用複回歸分析法。
