    Abstract: 情緒智力與組織公民行為對於個人及組織都是相當重要的成功因素。本研究針對公營與民營機構之員工情緒智力與組織公民行為之關聯性進行探討。本研究結果發現公、民營企業員工皆具有良好的情緒智力與組織公民行為，其表現會因不同的背景而有差異，且情緒智力對組織公民行為具有預測力。故建議企業經營者宜重視員工的情緒智力，開設相關教育訓練課程並鼓勵員工參與社團活動使其展現良好的組織公民行為。
