    Abstract: 國軍國軍近年來積極推動組織精簡,期達「量適、質精、戰力強」之目的,要提
    升國軍人員素質,不僅在量上要作取捨,在質上更要求精進,關鍵影響因素即是人力、
    組織架構、與官兵生涯管理型態等重大改變,所以必須重視每一個個體的對刺激反應
    的主觀感受,並強化國軍人員終身學習及生涯規劃配套作法。
    本研究係以陸軍政治作戰人員為主要研究對象,依其對終身學習、生涯規劃與組
    織變革等認知量表,進行資料蒐集,並利用變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行研
