Abstract:	國軍國軍近年來積極推動組織精簡，期達「量適、質精、戰力強」之目的，要提升國軍人員素質，不僅在量上要作取捨，在質上更要求精進，關鍵影響因素即是人力、組織架構、與官兵生涯管理型態等重大改變，所以必須重視每一個個體的對刺激反應的主觀感受，並強化國軍人員終身學習及生涯規劃配套作法。本研究係以陸軍政治作戰人員為主要研究對象，依其對終身學習、生涯規劃與組織變革等認知量表，進行資料蒐集，並利用變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行研究探討，以瞭解陸軍政治作戰人員對終身學習、生涯規劃與組織變革認知的情形，本研 The army vigorously drive to simplify organization in recent years with the aim to reache the purpose that “quantity is right, quality is precise, fighting capacity is strong”.
