Abstract:	IC設計產業是半導體產業裡面的附加價值最高且低污染之知識經濟，對於提振經濟有帶頭作用，所以兩岸政府也積極推動該產業之快速發展。台灣與中國因為有同種文化及地利之便，可以台灣的高階製程技術搭配中國的低價製造成本，來提昇兩岸競爭力及全球市占率。本文以麥可波特(Michael E. Porter)的「鑽石模型」及「群聚效應」為工具，分析兩岸IC 設計產業群聚之間的競爭優勢，而找出兩岸IC 設計產業之經營策略。研究結果顯示 :目前台灣在產業群聚、研發能力及科技創新方面仍優於大陸，但在「需求」「生產要素」兩個構面顯得 IC design industry is inside the semiconductor industry and the pollution of the highest value-added knowledge-based economy, boost the economy for the lead role, so the between China mainland and Taiwan also actively promote the industry's rapid developm
