    Abstract: IC設計產業是半導體產業裡面的附加價值最高且低污染之知識經濟,對於提振經濟有帶頭作用,所以兩岸政府也積極推動該產業之快速發展。台灣與中國因為有同種文化及地利之便,可以台灣的高階製程技術搭配中國的低價製造成本,來提昇兩岸競爭力及全球市占率。本文以麥可波特(Michael E. Porter)的「鑽石模型」及「群聚效應」為工具,分析兩岸IC 設計產業群聚之間的競爭優勢,而找出兩岸IC 設計產業之經營策略。研究結果顯示 :目前台灣在產業群聚、研發能力及科技創新方面仍優於大陸,但在「需求」「生產要素」兩個構面顯得
