    Abstract: 悠遊卡是一張整合捷運、聯營公車、接駁公車及戶外停車場的IC 電子票卡，對
    民眾的便利性有相當的影響力。本研究主要是從悠遊卡使用小額之付款性、使用
    的效率性、附加價值性、安全性，這四方面作為研究探討。本研究主要是對中華
    大學及其親屬，以探討悠遊卡對生活的便利性。研究結果發現，多數的民眾表示
    使用悠遊卡可節省更多時間。
    本研究以問卷方式蒐集資料，並以敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、集群分
    析、獨立樣本T 檢定、單因子變異數分析和卡方檢定和等七種分析方法，進行資
    料分析。
    本研究主要探討消費者對於悠遊卡的使用行
