Abstract:	本研究乃針對台灣LED上游產業為研究對象，透過文獻探討、LED產業相關專家研討會及專家問卷，發展出21項營運績效之衡量指標，其分別隸屬於「市場與財務」、「產品管理」、「技術提升與研發」、「綠能低碳」等四大構面。以專家問卷之方式進行，運用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP)予以評估重要性，得到衡量指標之相對重要性權重與排序，並歸納其關鍵因素，以提供台灣LED上游產業日後於營運績效及經營策略發展之建議，進而持續於經營方向之思考面提升國際競爭力。研究結果 This study focuses on the upstream of Taiwan LED industry.
