    Abstract: 對於瓶頸作業有迴流(Reentry)的生產環境,例如半導體晶圓製造廠、測試廠或多層母板製造廠等,在應用限制驅導式現場排程與管理技術時,由於瓶頸作業有迴流之特性,而產生了訂單在瓶頸的生產節奏(DRUM)設計(推平)之推長效應。由於推長效應愈大,表示在排程時,訂單從投料到入庫所排的計畫週期時間(CT)會愈長及WIP會愈高,這是業者所不願意得到的不合理排程結果。因此本研究嘗試應用不同派工法則來改善(降低)瓶頸作業有迴流的限制驅導節奏之推長效應。透過本研究之實驗結果,在不同的負荷水準、不同的瓶頸作業迴流次數、及不
