    Abstract: 緩衝時間的合理掌握,是工廠在應用限制理論或限制驅導式現場排程方法時的一個很重要的決策參數。然而緩衝時間卻會隨著工廠環境的變化,例如產品組合或機台狀況等而改變,因此如何隨著工廠狀況的改變而及時調整工廠合理的緩衝時間,是工廠在應用限制驅導式現場排程方法時的一個很重要的關鍵因素。基於這個需求,本研究提出一套整合緩衝管理與管制圖之緩衝時間控制模式,本模式透過緩衝管理機制來監控訂單到達瓶頸站時機之快慢程度,其次再以管理圖分析訂單到達瓶頸站時機快慢程度之趨勢,最後根據趨勢來研判工廠狀況是在惡化或在變好,以及惡化或變好
