    Abstract: 工廠導入限制驅導式現場排程與管理技術
    (Drum-Buffer-Rope,DBR)不但能有效提升產出、
    降低在製品與縮短生產週期,而且可以提升訂單達
    交率。然而對於瓶頸作業有迴流(Reentry)的生產環
    境,在推行DBR 管理技術時往往變得困難與複
    雜。因此本研究的主要目的即在提出如何應用
    DBR 系統來滿足迴流生產環境之管理需求,建立
    瓶頸迴流作業之限制驅導式現場排程與管理整合
    系統,以協助工廠有效導入DBR 機制。並以
    eM-Plant 建立模擬環境與不同情境狀況,具體說明
