    Abstract: 臺灣股票市場日益成熟，除了有選擇權、
    權證、融資、融券等，牛熊證在2011年7
    月8日正式上路，加入台股詭譎多變的戰
    局，而對券商而言多了一樣金融商品，對
    投資人來說，又多了一種投資選擇，在投
    資策略上，可以更靈活的應用，牛熊證是
    權證的一種，它包含了權證高槓桿的報
    酬，同樣有到期日限制，卻不用擔心時間
    價值的減損。臺灣在推出牛熊證之時，最
    容易接受且投入牛熊證市場的投資人，除
    了現行權證市場的參與者外亦可吸引原本
    即使用融資券槓桿的客戶，或是因規定無
    法承作融資券的法人與個人，均可以低門
    檻的牛熊證投資
