    Abstract: 過去拆封包裝廠商的軟體服務生產模式都是製成光碟後進行銷售,但是隨著
    網路蓬勃發展,雲端服務也可取代軟體服務,廠商因而多了另一種線上提供軟體
    服務的生產模式。有鑑於此,本文探討當雙占廠商面對不同生產模式的軟體服務
    時,在考量網路效果下如何選擇最適生產模式並從事市場價格競爭。本文建構兩
    階段賽局模型,在第一階段,雙占廠商同時選擇生產模式;在第二階段,廠商同
    時選擇軟體服務價格。本文發現雙占廠商皆採用雲端服務生產模式之價格高於皆
    採用拆封包裝生產模式之價格,而網路效果則會降低廠商之最適定價水準。至於
