    Abstract: 台湾社会快速变迁及经济发展,加速现代人生活型态变化,消费者的消费行为从原本只在住家附近的杂货店、便利商店消费,到现在习惯在连锁量贩店消费,看出消费者的消费型态正在转变。而台湾的经济自由化与市场国际化的政策,国外资金陆续投入服务业,台湾量贩店的高度竞争,量贩店的发展速度已居亚洲之冠(尼尔森「消费者购物行为报告」,2005),平均每二十二万九千人就使用一家量贩店的密集度在亚太地区中属最高。2003年市场已达饱和,厂商想要胜出就必须不断努力开发新顾客市占率,并留住现有顾客之渗透率,增加业者在量贩产业市场竞争力。
