    Abstract: 搭乘高鐵行車速度快,乾淨舒適性高,省時、便捷、服務佳,相較一般交通工具縮減乘車時間成本具高度經濟效益,平日旅客人數較假日數量少,但除了商務旅客之外,搭乘旅客又以高齡者居多,每天從新竹站往南下班次共45班次,北上班次共44班次,平均每25分鐘就有一班次,班次密集,是高齡者搭乘交通工具首選,台灣高鐵一日遊,縮短城鄉距離,許多退休者或高齡者偏愛選擇搭高鐵作為長途交通運輸工具。研究服務品質五構面:高齡者搭乘高鐵前,站內服務品質、月台服務品質、車廂內服務品質及離站後服務品質,分析高鐵服務品質優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅,
