Abstract:	本研究之目的在於探討製造部成員對於主管領導風格、組織氣氛與工作態度之關係，採用分層隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查。共計發放問卷200份，回收152份，有效問卷 149份，有效回收率74.5%。研究結果顯示：1、婚姻狀況、職位及教育程度在領導風格、組織氣氛、工作態度認知上有顯著差異。2、領導風格層面與組織氣氛層面均達顯著正相關。3、組織氣氛層面與工作態度層面上，「溝通阻礙」與「認同承諾」、「內在滿足」、「外在滿足」及「權責分工」、「獎酬制度」、「人際關係」與「留職承諾」呈現負相關，其餘為正相關。4、領導 The purpose of this study is to explore the manufacturing sector members of the unit leadership style, organizational climate and employee attitudes, using stratified random sampling conducted a questionnaire survey.
