    Abstract: 本文探討廠商如何培訓領隊,提升領隊服務作為競爭策略,以及領隊的自我提升
    訓練對廠商訓練領隊的服務品質影響。此外,本文亦探討領隊服務品質對消費者剩餘
    與社會福利之影響。由於觀光旅遊為服務的體驗,無法將實體風景帶回收藏,僅能體
    驗當時的景色風光與領隊服務所帶來的感受,因此遊客從事觀光旅遊行程後支付的小
    費與旅遊團費將會受到領隊服務品質影響。本文分析領隊服務品質、旅遊團費與社會
    福利之間的影響效果,並發現廠商訓練領隊服務品質程度受到領隊自我訓練參數與遊
    客忠誠度影響呈現反向變化關係;消費者剩餘與社會福利則呈現正
