    Abstract: 為瞭解花蓮地區休閒渡假店消費者之住宿動機、住宿體驗、休閒利益與顧客忠誠度之關聯性及其差異情形,本研究以深度訪談法進行探討。先針對目前國內旅遊休閒服務產業的現況做整體文獻回顧外,再藉由次級資料的搜集整理歸納分析以及深度訪談方式,訪問該飯店行銷相關主管及休閒渡假之消費者,希望了解該飯店行銷策略發展及在消費者心中之定位。天祥晶華度假酒店座落於花蓮縣秀林鄉太魯閣國家公園境內,距花蓮市區約一小時的行程,飯店外盡是太魯閣峽谷的秀麗之色,讓現代人擺脫都會的塵囂,渡假心情也隨之悠然。花蓮美侖大飯店,交通便利,距離機場、火
