    Abstract: 本研究利用激勵語言模式,探討學校校長透過激勵語言,是否能提升教師教學工作投入與教學績效。問卷分析結果顯示校長的指導性語言與同理心語言能激勵並提升教師的工作投入程度。故教育行政機關應增設這項校長職能訓練課程,使校長透過這二類語言溝通的訓練,提升教師的工作投入程度及工作績效。
