    Abstract: 在經歷亞洲金融風暴及大陸西進的風潮,企業為了在競爭激烈的環境下求生存,追求精簡人事及降低成本方法的情況下,人力派遣成為人力資源的運用趨勢之一。因此,本研究企圖探討在賣場擔任短期銷售派遣人員對於要派公司與派遣企業的關係,是否反映在他們的工作滿足感及組織承諾二構面上。並且,根據內在工作滿足感和外在工作滿足感與情感性承諾、規範性承諾、持續性承諾等構面進行討論。
