Abstract:	製造在考慮產能之前而言，原物料的供給能否滿足客戶訂單為必須事先規劃的重點。台灣屬於海島型國家，眾多製造業的原物料來源取自於海外的進口，而有長採購前置時間、高運送成本等特性；因此製造端通常採取屬於接單式生產的策略性採購來進行該物料的補貨。該模式是透過客戶預測最終消費端未來需求趨勢下達訂單給製造端，其目的是針對該物料採取最低進貨成本的經濟批量來進行補貨，因此對於高顧客服務水準或快速回應市場需求時，往往逼迫客戶承擔預測系統失效的後果。因此本研究是以限制理論供應鏈補貨系統(TOC-SCRS)為基礎，提出最大存貨緩 The replenishment of the required materials for a future order is an important and necessary planning work for the producer.
