    Abstract: 中華電信在我國電信市場中,長久以來都具有獨佔地位,但隨著國內電信政策的開放,電信市場已邁入一個服務競爭激烈的新紀元,而顧客在新的競爭服務環境中轉換其原有的服務業者,造成後者在經營上的客戶流失與利潤損失,已成為業者急需尋求對策的經營課題。本研究的主要研究目的即在探討行動電話號碼可攜服務開放後影響顧客轉換電信業者之關鍵因素。
    本文以品質成本的概念,運用45。線重要-表現程度分析法(I.P.A)並結合藍海策略之行動架構分析(ERRC),並將消除(Eliminate)修正為維持(Keep)以(KRRC)的行動架構
