    Abstract: 在現今網路科技被普遍且大量運用的時代,使得網路最核心的「骨幹傳輸」之不可中斷性、高可靠度及低障礙率被極為嚴苛的要求著。研究發現國內某電信公司每年辦理的「骨幹傳輸」評鑑,對於提升該公司服務品質與顧客滿意度呈正相關性,故建議該公司透過此一制度之實務經驗,作出適當的決策,能以最小化成本、最快速反應時間,獲得最大的績效成果。
