Abstract:	本研究主要探討國小學童之手部尺寸對握力之影響。實驗共召募，114 位(男女分別為61、53 名)受試者。實驗設計採巢狀－因子設計，實驗因子手部尺寸及施力姿勢，因變數則為最大意志施力握力。研究結果顯示，國小高年級學生最大握力值為43.5kg(慣用手180 度)，最小值為7kg(非慣用手180 度)，握力在性別上沒有顯著差別，但六年級學生的四項握力姿勢量測結果均顯著的高於五年級學生，年級在握力上有顯著差異。研究發現在受試者中，握力與手長、掌長、手寬、手圍、虎口長、和所有手指的長度之相關性均達顯著水準 This study investigated the effects of hand size on grip force for school children.
