Abstract:	LED晶粒製造(LED-CM)廠在LED供應鏈上是很重要的一環，由於LED-CM廠在製造上的不穩定特性，除了會生產出訂單所需的規格產品外，還會有副產品的產生。但所謂的副產品並不是不良品，而是還可以滿足後續訂單的存貨。因此當LED-CM廠接到一張新訂單時，必須先以存貨來滿足訂單的需求，不足的部份才需進一步下單生產。其次，由於LED-CM廠的產品規格是以BIN表達，一張訂單所需的產品規格是由數個BIN所組成。當LED-CM廠收到一批訂單，而各訂單各有不同的產品規格時，工廠如何分配倉庫裡各BIN的晶粒給不同的訂 The LED chip manufacturing (LED-CM) is an important process in the LED supply chain.
